Cook beef till brown 15 min and add spices at beginning
Press water from potatoes before mixing it
Make potatoe mix
Remove beef from pan
Cook potato mix in batches Nd spread it on pan on med heat for 5 min or till crispy on both sidess and cover the pan
After u flip first time add beef and the cilantro over it till it cover more than half of the mix
Add slice of cheese
Flip the other half over the beef so cheese melt for 3 min and cover
And done
